Ingredients:
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- 1 lb Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella
- Fresh Basil
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Prosciutto Ham – thinly sliced about 15 slices
Preparation:
Thinly slice tomatoes and set aside. Cut one tomato into wedges and set aside. Slice buffalo mozzarella cheese. Finely chop basil about two handfuls.
On a round serving dish – about 16 inch diameter, arrange tomatoes in a ring. Add mozzarella cheese to every other tomato slice. Arrange the tomato wedges in center of ring. Add mozzarella cheese between tomato wedges. Liberally sprinkle top with chopped basil.
Roll prosciutto ham. Add to top of tomatoes alternating between mozzarella. Add remaining prosciutto to edge of dish under tomatoes.
About 1 hour before serving, liberally drizzle with EVO.
